I really wanted to like this place, I love pastries and there is no other place around to find good quality croissants, She uses really good quality ingredients but needs some serious customer service/marketing experience. Prices are WAY to high, a little unrealistic. Last time I was there she had some weird looking pastries things on display, I had to ask what they were, it turns out it was croissants! they were small smushed pieces of baked dough, not croissants. Also I bought a ham and cheese croissant, she asked if I wanted it "warm" I said yes , when I got it the center was solid frozen. Not going back again.
This bakery is AMAZING! If you haven't been here yet, you are missing out! I went there yesterday, and couldn't help myself but to go there again today! The owner Hope, pours her heart and soul into all of the handmade delicious pastries, with one bite of any of their menu items and you'll know it's true! The ambience at Esperance is so welcoming, and the staff is so friendly! Of the many things I've tried, I have to say the cherry cheese danish, bacon, egg and cheddar croissants, and savory bites are my favorites! I highly encourage you to try Esperance if you haven't already! You won't be disappointed!
Very overpriced for what it was. Spent many summers in Paris and I was so excited to try this bakery. Disappointed.
Yummy and they use fresh, local and some organic ingredients. It is slightly more expensive than say Starbucks but what they offer is fresh and you can definitely tell the difference. We need more eateries like this. So glad I took a moment and stopped in!
Hope is a Rock Star! My wife and I just had a wonderful pastry adventure. One of those rare in life "make your taste buds dance" experiences. WOW!!! Keep Rockin' Esperance
