Super slow every time. Been going for 10+ years but nothing has changed.
I've been going to these people for four years. Didn't have a problem with them til I had my third child. Every time we go to the doctor they tell me nothing is wrong with her but there clearly is! She can't hardly breathe, she won't hardly eat & always crying. But yet nothing is wrong with her?? Are you kidding me? I'm going to find a new place to take my kids.
The staff is very kind and they do their best to get us in when we need appointments. Thanks!
This place continually disappoints. Don’t expect to ever see the actual MDs. They push you to see their PAs, who can be rude and have a very poor bed side manner. If it wasn’t for their hours (nights & weekends), I would have left them years ago. I do not recommend unless you are desperate.
Waiting over two hours just for a referral because everyone else is sick is ridiculous!!...well we're not here for the fun of it. I'm so going to another place after the first of the year, we have never been here without waiting an hour to be finally seen and in the past 4 years we've only seen the doctor once, it'd always a PA or medical assistant.
