Brother-in-law had outpatient with Dr. Chalklin. Great experience. Super friendly and attentive staff. Clean facility. Nice waiting area.
Facility/Staff were excellent the day of the surgery. But have been trying for the last 4 weeks to get someone to return my call as we were required to prepay for the surgery and it was MUCH less than what they anticipated. They will NOT return our money after many calls and messages. They even acknowledge that we have a substantial credit. Frustrated!!! Will NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Fast forward to day of surgery and check in asks for deposit, I said no I handled this but the only response was well it still says to collect so I have to or you cannot be taken back.
From the front to back this hospital was a pleasant experience! They have a cafe inside that serves great food, everything was clean and neat. Dr Chalkin and staff all seemed happy to help you in any way possible, the surgery went well and no drama what so ever. Amazing place.
Trust the other reviews about the billing and check in process. Before my husbands surgery we received call that deposit would be needed since deductible had not been met. Which was untrue so I called back and spoke with an employee. I even provided insurance information to show we were fully paid.

I asked her to call a supervisor and again was threatened that surgery would be delayed. we were there at 6am and surgery was at 7:30 so she said no one got here until 8 so we would just have to wait!!! Unacceptable, since I had already called and handled this.
