I love living here at Thrive! Beautiful apartments - and the staff is so kind and accommodating! So happy to be living here! And maintenance works so hard to keep everything looking beautiful and is so prompt with fixing any maintenance issues! The pool is nice, I love the meditation courtyard, and they have a nice gym facility on site to work out. Also, amazing location! I could go on and on :)
I love my community. I feel at home. It is dog friendly and people friendly. The pool area is awesome. I can walk to main street or the Riverwalk. I am close to everything without having to feel like I am in the big city.
We have been here since May and we can't say enough about our experience here. Our apartment is quiet, comfortable, and clean and the location can't be beat. Our kids have loved the pool and the bike path to Riverwalk is literally right outside our windows. We love being able to take a 5 minute walk to enjoy live music and great food or a nighttime stroll across the pedestrian bridge. The management is wonderful and attentive. Perfect for our family of 4.
This used to be Thrive but Village on Main is the new name and is owned by Vesta Realty or Vesta properties. Thrive was a lifestyle a living experience a brand...we can't really rate this yet as nothing has happened yet. The resident portal is not up yet and the landscaping needs serious attention......it.has awesome apartments and the pool area is great as are the work out "cabins".....the relaxation area for yoga and movies needs about 5 or 6 trees replaced. So we will see if the movies start and other activities are kept. Music used to be played all the time but now its very sporadic. So check back and we will update the rating as time goes by......
We enjoy living here. It's very peaceful, the residents are nice, and the apartments are spacious. Your centrally located to mostly everything. The workers are timely and helpful, they get the job done. The valet trash is convenient, especially for busy families. The gym facility is spacious and has useful equipment.
