Dr. Shipman is by far the most attentive and caring Veterinarian that I have found. After recently adopting a neglected/abused poodle, I was apprehensive in taking Sassy to see anyone, especially after having several bad encounters in the past. After my first phone call to the clinic, I felt like I might have found the right place and boy was I right! You can tell that the entire staff really has a passion for what they do. Dr. Shipman listenes to you and takes time to explain things thoroughly. Her knowledge and gentle nature really shine through in the care that she gives her patients. Your pets care is personalized, the phone doesn't go unanswered, the clinic is always clean and staff is organized. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Shipman and this facility; they have given me peace of mind in trusting someone with the care of my fur babies.
They are so great with our dogs! They don't try to make all of their income from just one dog. They took their time and explained everything they were doing! The girls in the front are awesome! Thanks Amber! Great job!
