Nice accommodation with friendly, helpful staff. Great beds feel new. Well-maintained.
Although the lady on duty was helpful and did the best that she could. I had booked 4 rooms to accommodate 6 people each. The pull out beds were a joke. One room the pull out bed was broken and the other three the mattresses were in such bad shape you almost fell through to the ground. We were informed by the owners that this is how all sofa beds are. This is not true. We book at Comfort Inn & Suites often and have never had this issue. It was very disappointing and inconvenient.
Good hotel, decent breakfast, nice rooms. Best hotel in the Gleenpool area.
Great place to stay. Pets are welcome. The staff are really nice. I recommend to anyone pets or not.
My room was a double Queen right past the front desk. Naturally, it was pretty noisy from the traffic coming through. The room above us had someone stomping louldy late at night and one quick call to the front desk solved the issue. Housekeeping is very polite and beds were comfy. Room could have been a little cleaner, carpet was dirty and worn. Overall it was a good experience and I'd go there again (and hopefully get a room further back) :)
